Introducing the Konnector: The Innovation That Changes Everything
For those who are new to our community, the Konnector is not just an attachment or an upgrade—it is a complete evolution of how Pilates feels and functions in the body. Created by renowned innovator Viktor Uygan, the Konnector uses a single-rope pulley system with four independent straps that connect the arms and legs. This design allows the entire body to work in harmony, increasing stability, coordination, and control. It brings a level of awareness, challenge, and precision that cannot be replicated on a traditional reformer.

Why I Chose to Build the Only Konnector Studio in Delaware
When I made the decision to open Pilates By TAMMIE, I didn’t want to build just another Pilates studio. I wanted to create a space rooted in movement intelligence, education, and high-quality instruction. The Konnector aligned perfectly with that vision. Installing it on every single reformer was a major investment, but it was the foundation of the studio I wanted to build—a place where clients can move better, feel more connected, and experience Pilates in a way that is unmatched anywhere else in the state. Today, we remain the only fully Konnector-equipped studio in all of Delaware.

A Major Announcement:
Training with Viktor Uygan in Miami
This December, I will be traveling to Miami to train directly under Viktor Uygan to become an internationally recognized Konnector Educator. To say I’m excited is an understatement—I’m also nervous, in the best possible way. This training is immersive, advanced, and designed for educators who want to teach the Konnector method at the highest level. What this means for our studio is incredible: I may begin traveling to teach, or I may bring Konnector trainings right here to Delaware, establishing our studio as a training hub for the entire Mid-Atlantic region. Regardless of the direction, the knowledge I bring back will elevate every class, every teacher, and every client in our space.
