By attending classes or sessions, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, strain, or other health-related outcomes.  Our approach may differ from traditional Pilates methods and incorporates the Konnector system for a more dynamic and integrated movement experience.

All classes, sessions, and content provided by Pilates by TAMMIE are for general fitness and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice.

You are encouraged to consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or managing a medical condition.

Booking, Payments & Platform Use

All bookings, purchases, and account management are processed through our third-party platform, Arketa, and its integrated payment processors.

By completing a booking or purchase, you agree to any applicable third-party terms, payment policies, and processing requirements.

Studio Policies

All services are subject to Pilates by TAMMIE studio policies, including but not limited to cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, memberships, and package usage.

Policies may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated policies.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to branding, logos, class formats, Konnector programming, photographs, videos, and written materials, are the exclusive property of Pilates by TAMMIE and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Changes to Services

Pilates by TAMMIE reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, class schedule, instructor assignment, pricing, or offering at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilates by TAMMIE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our website, app, or participation in any services.
